'VRBO and the host double booked the place. After a long drive we arrived to a house full of guests who were already unpacked and very unhappy to see us. VRBO's "VRBO Care" would have had us moved from a 4 bedroom house to a hotel for one night, and then the remaining nights at a similar place nearby (but that we would need to find on our own). This was unacceptable so we asked for a full refund.'

'This was a very nice place in a nice area. It was very clean and well stocked - also had extra towels and linen and small things like bug spray, an umbrella etc. The owners labeled everything which made it so clear and organized. It is a very nicely furnished, decorated and well laid out home. The owners were also very responsive to any questions. We were very very happy with our stay at Julia and John’s!!'

'Ashley was fantastic. House was exactly what we needed. One thing you may want to advertise is that there a nice pickleball courts just a 5 minute walk away along with a coffee shop. Such convenience but still in a beautiful mountain setting. I wish we had brought our racquets. '
