« This is the cutest house in a beautiful setting. The attention to detail is excellent! The kitchen was well stocked, as were the bathrooms. It only takes a few minutes to get into the city of Cookeville. We will definitely recommend this house to our friends and will stay here again if we are in the area. « We visited the area for a festival and picked this location since it was in-town and close to the festival. We stayed with some friends, and it worked out perfectly. This property was clean and clearly renovated. The furniture was tasteful and not cluttered (just what you needed for your visit). The AC worked well and the rainfall shower in the master bathroom was too relaxing (spent too much time in there). We did not use all the facilities available, because we were out most of the time...

« We gave each of our grandkids an 'experience' for this past Christmas and our one grandson wanted to fish the Tennessee River. He and my husband, plus two very close family friends went for a 'guys' trip and they had a blast! The house had everything needed, the beds were comfortable, the dock was right there on the property, and the host was amazing and responded to any questions that we had. The lake is so beautiful and the marina just across the way were very easy to work with! Overall, 10!...
