The house is just a short walk to the beach, tidepools, and a mile away from downtown and the harbor. It's also within driving distance of the Redwood National and State Parks, where you can hike the backcountry, explore the dunes and marshes of Lake Earl State Wildlife Preserve, or fish the naturally wild Smith River.

The house is well-maintained and comfortable, with large picture windows in the dining room providing breathtaking views of the rugged coastline. We have a brand new (2026) HVAC system with heating and cooling, solar with batteries (no power outages), and available EV charging. Relax on the new recliner while listening to the soothing sounds of the ocean and the barking of the seals. The living room features a game table, puzzles, and a Smart-TV to login to your Netflix account. Both bedrooms offer queen beds for a peaceful night's sleep.
