Make sure you also have a VRBO app or account if you book through Expedia. That is how the property manager communicates check in procedure. She communicates check in info well in advance but through VRBO. Didn’t have the app or VRBO account so I had to contact VRBO customer service to get access instructions. 'The house was wonderful! There was plenty of space (more bathrooms than listed!) for our group of 9, lots of fun activities, and it was in a great location to visit Crescent City, Orick, Eureka, Hiouchi, the redwoods, and the Smith River!'
