'Kathy is a wonderful host. The house is well-equipped and very comfortable. The flowers around the house are beautiful. The best part is the location which is about 3/4 mile from the entrance to Jedidiah Smith Park. The trees there are amazing! Oh, and there is a terrific restaurant within walking distance and a gas station/market across from that. PERFECT place to stay to enjoy ALL of the Redwood forests. '

'Bigfoot Bungalow was perfect!! Great location in a safe neighborhood. Very clean, charming and spacious. Enjoyed coffee on the back porch in the morning, very private. Great location for Redwoods. Redwood visitor center in Cresent City looks very rundown (boarded up window) but worth stopping for Redwood map and advice from great park employees. Would stay again so worth it!!'

'Overall our experience was positive. The home reminded me of my 1st home which was built in the 1940's. The owners here have made improvements inside and it is cozy. Some of the neighborhood homes are nice and some are very run down. Inside this rental the tvs, beds, and appliances are modern. The couch is small and not very comfortable, and there isn't much room in the bathroom to place toiletries. The small kitchen also could use additional counter space. Most of the windows are missing...

'Great Stay!!Home was clean, very well stocked. The kitchen was as well stocked as any I have been in previously (7). I always take a bin with spices, plates, napkins, etc..... but didn't need any of it. Our daughter lives in Crescent City so we hoe this home is available next visit.'

'This well-prepared house was perfect for our stay in Crescent City. The owner laid out a welcome guide to the area for us, which was super useful in planning our Redwood National Park during the day, and Beachside sunset vista viewing in the evening. The rooms were kept comfortably cool by easy to open windows at night, and the living room had plenty of seating for everyone. The bathrooms were well cleaned and modernized. The only issue we had was the lack of vent fans, but that seems to be...

'The location was amazing!! Emerald Isles was very clean and welcoming upon arrival. All the essentials for cooking/grilling were included. Parking is available on site. Communication with the property manager was continuous and very easy from the start of booking thoughout the stay. Located less than a 10 min and very simple drive from many restaurants and grocery stores. Also a very short drive to multiple beaches and Redwoods National Forest. The sunrises from the back balcony were fantastic...

'Gorgeous property with beautiful and welcoming decor. Also spotlessly clean with everything we needed for our stay. So much space for my family and it was a great place for our base as we started our trip through the Redwoods. This is the best place to stay in Crescent City and we would definitely stay here again. "Check in verliep middels een video gesprek met een medewerkster op afstand. Was onverwacht, maar verliep probleemloos. Goede locatie nabij strand met voldoende restaurants op loopafstand. Boeking was incl. ontbijt, maar het ontbijt was erg minimaal. Koffer, thee en een paar repen. Dit verwacht Ik niet bij een boeking incl. ontbijt. Kamer was ruim voldoende. "
