The backyard is fenced and is very private and quiet, and you can use the gas grill to barbecue. There is an attached garage for your convenience. There is also lots of additional paved parking for additional cars, a boat, or RV. There is a washer and dryer for your use. There is a 65 inches TV with Netflix and DVD. There is wifi provided. All kitchen dishes and bedroom/bathroom linens are provided. The vacation home is upstairs on the 2nd floor. outside the house is the bike path/ California coastal trail which you can walk to the beach, harbor, sea lions, and fishing fleet in a few minutes. Restaurants, groceries, liquor stores, the library, lighthouse, fishing pier, and the oceanfront city park with playground and disc golf course are all a short walk away. Within a few miles drive is coastal hiking and hiking in the Redwood National and State Parks, golfing, surfing, shopping, and the beautiful Smith River National Recreation Area.
