'I loved this property. It was exactly like the photos, only better. We had lots of space for the five of us, and the kitchen was well-appointed with everything we needed. The lanai had a lovely view of the pool area. The saltwater pool was so warm and inviting, and the way it's situated you are protected from the high breezes. It was a 5-7 minute walk to Brenneke's and Poipu Beach on a lovely walking path, and a different path had a 10-minute walk to Shipwreck Beach and the Grand Hyatt. the...

'The Regency Villas 3 bedroom property is well-furnished, large, and comfortable. We were surprised by how complete and extensive the beach items were: many towels, chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, and a large folding cart to put everything in. Poipu and Brennecke’s are a close walk along a pretty path and well maintained grounds. The pool is good sized for family recreation but not for laps. The kitchen is more than sufficient if one wants to cook. Staff are available by text and very helpful....

'I cannot say enough great things about this rental. The condo was exactly as described, the inside was new and had everything we needed for the week. Kitchen was fully stocked, there was beach equipment including chairs and an umbrella which was so appreciated! The outside had a nice seating area and was close to the pool for the kids. 'Great stay! Beds are comfortable. Hot showers with great water pressure. The condo is well stocked and has thoughtful details throughout. The AC was sufficient and kept all the rooms cool. The complex is well maintained with staff helping to keep the pool area tidy, grills clean, and enforcing quiet hours by opening and closing the pool. '

'We enjoyed a family vacation in Kauai over the summer and this was the perfect base camp. It was spacious and nicely appointed, while also being close to the beach. We even had a minor scare with a tsunami warning and the property management made sure we were well informed about what was happening. '
