Blokhutten in South Coast

'We rented this home as an overflow for our high school graduate as we welcomed family in for a week of events. It worked for us and provided the extra room we needed as well as a fun afternoon of playing on the lake with the kayaks and paddle boards. Communication with the host was excellent, they were very responsive to a few minor issues we encountered on our stay. The property is situated on a very steep hill - the driveway is not for the faint of heart and we laughed every time we backed...

'Very amazing hot tub experience. Loved the decor and its quaint living accommodations. Definitely an escape. '

'Great location to Freeport shopping. Very clean and responsive staff and management. Fun for families with children. We would have liked more room inbetween cabins, but otherwise would highly recommend.'

'Great spot. Well thought out & as described'

'Accommodation was great! We enjoyed our stay. Unique experience.'

'Fun place with all amenities. Had an excellent time!'

'Please listen closely!! If you pass this place up, I truly feel sorry for you. I am on a first time adventure to Maine from Indiana and this is my FAVORITE place stay of ALL TIME. I wish I had done my homework and planned more time at Desert of Maine. Our cabin was cozy after a nice evening by the fire. Loved the shower!! I will definitely return for a girl's trip with my sisters!! (Cabin 17)'

'Doug our host always was ready to answer any questions we had and we loved his sense of humor '

'Overall, great experience and love to visit this place with my extended families!!'
