'Zalige rustige locatie met ongelooflijk vriendelijk personeel, zeker in het restaurant. We zaten in gebouw 4 aan de buitenkant en hadden steeds zicht op een vogelkolonie en de oceaan. Het eten is er ook zeer erg lekker en vers. Een echte aanrader!'

'Feels very family oriented. It is connected to the ocean and pretty to the town center. Parking can be a bit of a challenge, but they do provide complimentary valet parking.'

'The beds, staff, and taxi to the airport (10$) was nice. The room was clean, but no curtains (wake up early). The other guests were loud, fighting and smoking - we Would therefore not stay here again. '

'AC did not work on the final night which they admitted on the last night of our stay. Staff was very nice and the resort is beautiful. I would stay there again.'

'Owner Alicia was super sweet. Excellent customer service and helpful. The property was excellent, we got oceanfront so the beach was right out front. Our 4 year old loved the pool. And the room was out dated, which we're ok with. But only complaint is the tv was not working and the coffee machine, which I was really sad about. I never said anything bec I'm not the type to complain and not a huge deal.'

'Probably the nicest view I have ever experienced at a resort. The entire property is stunning. The food was excellent , especially so at Welina Terrace. They could use a little work on the service, no major complaints, but a few hiccups. The staff is very friendly and makes every effort for there guest's. The rooms are nice, but are quite small. For me, the beds were too soft. The views are so stunning at this property , that any minor deficiencies are immediately forgotten.'

'My wife and I stayed at Aston Islander on the Beach for our honeymoon, making this trip especially meaningful. While the location is excellent, several issues impacted our stay. Upon arrival, we did not receive the advertised shell lei greeting and had to request it after seeing other guests receive one. We also booked an oceanfront room but were assigned a room that appeared to be ocean view, despite being told it qualified as oceanfront. We experienced ongoing Wi-Fi and cable issues,...

'We appreciated the staff during our stay—they were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Unfortunately, the property itself was not what we expected based on the photos. The hotel appears quite dated and in need of significant maintenance. There was a strong sewage odor near the pool area during our stay, which made spending time there unpleasant. The hotel was also undergoing extensive fumigation, and many hallway wall panels and trim pieces had been removed, giving parts of the property...

'Property is well maintained but a bit dated. Also, this really feels more like a vacation club than a resort. Can of sun tan lotion for $25. seemed excessive.'

'One night stay at this place for our backpacking trip. Love the location and cleanliness. Didn’t have much daylight left by the time we settle down for the night. Took a little stroll to take a glimpse of what’s left of the sunset. It sure was beautiful. '

'We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa and our stay was amazing. Our villa was beautiful. The washer/dryer wasn’t efficient but the fact there was a unit in our villa was a plus. The property is walking distance to the beaches. The pools are amazing. Our stay was everything we hoped for.'
