'This is a great little condo in a beautiful gated resort. The pool area was immaculate and perfect any time of day. Ed was awesome to deal with and very punctual with his communication. He left very clear, thorough instructions on how to use every aspect of his condo. He asked for feedback and was open to suggestions. We really loved the location and the proximity to the Strip and to the Freeway. Overall we had a great stay. '

'I’ll start by saying that the unit has terrible lighting and there were light bulbs out with no replacements at all. Furniture was beat up a little bit and it wasn’t super clean by any means. I know there is not much you can do about weather but being as windy as it was they closed the pool on the palms place side. We went to the other pool at the palms hotel but was busy and very very loud. Not very relaxing. It would have been nice to have the private pool also so we could bring our own...
