« This is a great little condo in a beautiful gated resort. The pool area was immaculate and perfect any time of day. Ed was awesome to deal with and very punctual with his communication. He left very clear, thorough instructions on how to use every aspect of his condo. He asked for feedback and was open to suggestions. We really loved the location and the proximity to the Strip and to the Freeway. Overall we had a great stay. »

« I’ll start by saying that the unit has terrible lighting and there were light bulbs out with no replacements at all. Furniture was beat up a little bit and it wasn’t super clean by any means. I know there is not much you can do about weather but being as windy as it was they closed the pool on the palms place side. We went to the other pool at the palms hotel but was busy and very very loud. Not very relaxing. It would have been nice to have the private pool also so we could bring our own...

"Nous avons été agréablement surpris par cet hôtel qui est d’un très bon rapport qualité prix. Parking couvert gratuit, hôtel en très bon état, chambre très confortable, restaurant dans l’hôtel qui sert également le petit déjeuner. Petite déception à ce sujet justement, le petit déjeuner (il nous était offert). Ce n’est pas un buffet mais on vous remet un coupon par nuit à échanger le matin avec un choix limité de 4 propositions (exemple: œuf, bacon, pomme de terre et légumes ou une gaufre avec crème et fruits). Ce n’est pas trop le problème, mais plutôt qu’il n’y a même pas de boisson chaude proposée avec?!? Autre déception, il y a tout ce qu’il faut dans la chambre SAUF de quoi se faire un café ou un thé… il y a bien une bouilloire mais pas de café ni de thé ?! Pourtant il y a des couverts et des assiettes jetables… Tout ceci n’enlève en rien la qualité de l’hôtel dans lequel nous reviendrons avec plaisir."
