'This is my second stay at the resort, given that it was at full Easter capacity it was excellent service. From check in to check out and all in between. Towels, food and bev, room cleanliness-all the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel had plenty of activities to entertain the whole family from kids to adults, we were able to find space by the pools whichever we went to so they were very well prepared for a full house… The food was great, the only thing we found tricky was...

'Room is nice and very clean . Lacy Ann was our housekeeper and she was excellent and kind .. majority of restaurant staff are so sweet .. although service is beyond slow for breakfast . Definitely on island time . Beach security is excellent no issues .. the beach and water is second to none. Gorgeous is an understatement . Food is pricey but it is everywhere today .. food is delicious .. pools are good but could use a little refresh with missing tiles in adult pool. Water is crystal clear...

'Food was unavailable when on menu, subs as well. Food quality was good but lacking flavor. Spa service not available when booked. Couldn’t see the studio and no follow up from staff about seeing or using it. Beautiful and quite definitely relaxing. Close to many thing to do. '

'Had to change rooms because of lack of warm water, sharp bed edges, barking dogs etc etc. Other room was better but had a television attached to the ceiling in the middle at 1.85 cm ! Roofs are made out of Aluminium plates...so every drop of rain can be heard.. Restaurant is ok but overpriced. So are the rooms'
