'Everthing was nicely labled. From beach access locations, to where things were located in the rooms. The communication from host was prompt and kind. The location of this BNB was perfect. Everything was clean, and all needs were met. Will stay again. Very close to all attractions in Newport we wanted to visit. '

'I’m going to be 100% honest, I did not like having to fill out all our names, ages and cars and everything before checking in. Also the host texted me probably 5 times before asking my ETA? Like why? It annoyed me. Than asked to let them know if I check out early so the cleaners could get in early? No i have til 11am.
