'Ocean Boutique Hotel was the perfect getaway. A special thank you to Yocinta, the manager, who surprised us with a birthday cake and Swahili singing, a late checkout, and her constant kindness. All the staff were amazing, Alfred, Aisha, Agustino, Carina, Debora, Kelvin, the pool team, the cleaners who kept our room spotless, and those who prepared our beds each night with mosquito nets. 'I can’t recommend Clove Island highly enough. The setting is stunning, right on a super quiet beach and so relaxing and zen. The design of the apartments is gorgeous, so much attention to detail, it felt like a serene beach house. 'Omdat we pas ‘s middags vertrokken, maar om 10 uur ‘s ochtends moesten uitchecken, vroegen we of we wel mochten blijven om te zwemmen, drinken, eten etc. Dat mocht en we hebben zelfs de kajak even mogen lenen om het water op te gaan. 'arrived in the middle of the night after an error with a reservation at a different property. Manager met us with freshly squeezed juice and was very kind and thoughtful. Small hotel with large, very clean and comfortable rooms. Would be great for families. Great value for money!'

The staff were very attentive and friendly, the manager was a bit of an opportunist and will try get extra $$ when he gets a chance. Overall beautiful place. Would definitely recommend.'
