'We had an exceptional stay at Ycona Luxury Resort—truly one of the best resorts I’ve ever visited. The villa was beautifully designed, combining luxury with lush greenery and a variety of trees that created a peaceful and refreshing atmosphere.

'A smaller hotel but with provided a great experience. The staff were outstanding from reception to the bar. The rooms were very cool (we had a family room) and large, clean and very well appointed. The restaurant always looked good with many options enough to satisfy kids too. The kids also loved the pool & table tennis games room. The Dive centre in the hotel was also excellent and one of the reasons we chose this hotel. It all worked well. Just over an hour from the airport but plenty stuff...

'Location excellent, staff were lovely and very helpful, pool area great, beach beds shaded under coconut palms. Sea had a lot of weed but still fine for swimming. Food was good and they set up the dinner dining area in different locations including twice on the beach which was magical. '

'Het verblijf is zeer netjes en proper, alles was naar behoren. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk, te vriendelijk zelfs. Het lijkt alsof ze onder druk werken, ze zijn bang om iets verkeerds te doen. Het strand ziet er geweldig uit, maar echt zwemmen zal niet mogelijk zijn want het zit vol met zee-egels. Het voedsel was lekker en er was ook genoeg variatie. Al bij al hebben we veel genoten van ons verblijf. Voor iemand die naar Zanzibar wilt gaan is dit hotel zeker een aanrader.'
'Het viel ons erg tegen. De douche viel half uit elkaar. Dit bij de receptie gemeld, kwam een monteur om 21.30 uur langs, heeft gekeken en het probleem was opgelost.. Niet dus. Weer langs de receptie. Opnieuw een monteur gekomen, een deel van het probleem opgelost, maar nog steeds niet helemaal. Verder was de staat van de badkamer oud en vies, veel schimmel, rubbers die stuk waren. Prijzen van de drankjes en lunch prijzig voor wat je krijgt. Keuken is matig.'
