'Pool was poorly run. Staff didn't terrible job ensuring people were not taking all seats when people not in pool area. Also, staff did poor job ensuring people were not being inappropriate in hot tub area. '

'The hotel had fast check in. Customer service was great. Our room was clean when we arrived but no one came in to clean it and give us more towels. We called housekeeping and they quickly brought us more towels. Our stay was great and we would definitely stay again. '

'Best stay ever! Accommodations were amazing. They thought of everything. Beautiful new construction with new appliances, gorgeous interior decoration. Very relaxing, enjoyable stay. Just one minor issue was the outdoor music was a bit too loud during the day, because we could hear it indoors, but outside of that, it was incredible.'
