B&B in Central Coast California

'The hotel was fine, but the A/C in the room did not work. Staff at front desk said they would try and get it fixed tomorrow, which doesn't help when only staying one night. Asked to move to a room with working A/C, told this wasn't possible and also told that it's a cool night so just open the windows.'

'The room was so clean and it was so beautiful. We stayed in “ The cottage “ and the view was beautiful. The property clean as well. The location was perfect to walk around and so close to the beach. The breakfast was supper good as well. They had a breakfast special and then three other options if you didn’t want the special. Staff was supper friendly and the property was very safe, quiet, and well maintained.'

'Very nice stay for my wife and I's 1st wedding anniversary! A window came off in the kitchen when we tried to lower it and the floor under the bathtub creaked a lot while taking a shower. Wasn't good for the couple below us. Otherwise it was a great bed and breakfast and the breakfast was great and the coffeecake in the afternoon was a real bonus. Overall a very good stay.'

'There is mold on the shower floor and walls.The yard was full of weeds but a nice neighborhood. Probably the worst yard for that neighborhood. No pillow cases but just shams on the pillows, no top sheet on the bed and no duvet cover on the comforter. How do you know if they are washed? Only saw 1 washcloth for two people but maybe I missed it. Husband’s back was killing him in the morning so he took a long shower which caused the smoke alarm to go off. It is installed right outside...

'Dit is een prachtige historische b&b. Het huis ademt veel sfeer en is prachtig ingericht. We hebben hier 3 nachten verbleven en vonden het heerlijk. Buiten het huis is er een grote tuin waar het lekker is om te ontspannen. Enige verbeterpunt is het ontbijt. Bij inchecken werd ons verteld dat er een keuzemenu is met verse gerechten die op verzoek bereid werden. Dit was alleen het geval toen Beki aanwezig was. De andere dagen werd ons dit niet aangeboden. Wel was er een beperkt assortiment brood...

'Het was een geweldig hotel. De ene plezante verrassing na de andere. Heel aangename ontvangst, een verrassend hapje en wijntje. Zalig ontbijt in echte tassen en borden ( geen wegwerp!) Heel leuke kamer ( eigenlijk de hele accommodatie). Kortom super!'
