'The place is outdated, it feels like a grammas room. Kind of god weirded out by all the old furniture. The host was also on site, I could hear her voice in the stairs hallway. The location is not bad but it’s also not super close to the beach. Overall I don’t think I got my moneys worth. For the price I wish I would have stayed in an actual hotel or motel.'

'When we arrived, we were surprised at the condition of the Vrbo. There were leaves all around the outside and the patio was dirty. Inside it was bare bones. There were five glasses that were plastic and old. It was not up to the price I paid. I was surprised and we left early. No pride in ownership. Host was great. And it was clean inside.'

'I stayed in the suite for two nights and three days, and I would definitely recommend it! The place was really nice and clean, and the check-in process was super easy. The space was perfect for two people, especially if you’re planning a short trip. It had everything we needed, including a sink, coffee area, and other appliances. There was also a TV with YouTube and other streaming services, which was a nice bonus. Overall, it was a really comfortable stay, and I would definitely stay here...

'The place was nice and well-designed. It was smallish, more of a hotel room than a condo or apartment. It was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was excellent and within walking distance of downtown Santa Barbara's attractions. It was pet-friendly and a good neighborhood for dog walks. It could use some minor functional updates. The front door was a little tricky, and the window above the bed was inconvenient to operate. It was fairly quiet.'

'The room itself was nice and well stocked. Good appointment to detail. It had nice views. Our concern was the double flight of stairs as both suffer from back issues. Would stay here again as my relatives live in a nearby town.'
