Great little gem

Everything was clean and the owner was very responsive!!! Stairs to the apartment are steep so be careful! Bed was a little firmer than my preference. But I’d totally stay again!! Perfect location for the Vampire Diaries event!!

That Neighborly Feeling...

My stay was very cozy. I met the host as I arrived, who was very welcoming and gracious. I felt like a new neighbor. The apartment space was well appointed and clean with a little personal touch as I walked in the door to make me feel welcome. I was encouraged to share the driveway with the host which added to that neighborly feeling. In fact we also had the chance to say goodbye as I was packing up my car. Communication was great as I got prompt and friendly answers to my questions. The neighborhood is nice an quiet. Pretty bird-sounds abound in the backyard. I felt secure leaving my vehicle at night with all my work equipment in it. I will stay again if I return to the area.

Wonderful stay with an even better host!!

We came for a weekend for a convention in Covington. The rental was exactly as described! It was quiet and cozy and exactly what we needed! Delores was an amazing host with great communication and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed!! We would definitely stay here again! ❤️

Cute Apartment

We were celebrating our 17th wedding anniversary. We are more elderly than that implies! We are 73 and 77. We did enjoy the apartment. Nicely designed and had all the necessities. There were a couple down sides. The driveway was on the edge of a steep hill, sideways. Difficult safely backing out. It was a walk-in basement apt accessed down several stone steps with no railing and then entry through a gate. Very slick during rain. It also is in a rather run-down area although the apt itself is nice. This would probably be fine for young people, but was difficult for us.

Relaxed!!!

From booking to the end of stay this was a very warm and welcoming environment Any time I was out I couldn't wait to get back to just relax in my suite... It smelled amazing!!! And as a woman traveling alone I felt completely safe!!! Which was hugely important to me!!! Thank you I will be back to stay again!!

Sweetest host EVER!

Our space was perfectly clean and smelled amazing. The host even bought us fresh baked croissants on the day we arrived. The tv has Netflix, the kitchen has a hot top stove for cooking. I could go on and on. Delores is nothing short of an amazing host. When I find myself back in the area I will be staying here again. Thank you for such a warm welcome and a great stay.

Hidden Gem

Upon arrival at the home site in which the suite is situated, is beautifully maintained & in a quiet neighborhood. Mature trees & landscaped property makes you feel at home. We felt safe & secure once we were in for the night. There is a covered patio in back to enjoy the backard. Upon entry to the suite we were pleasantly greeted with a clean, cozy, & update space. The smell of clean & delicious air freshener made us smile big & wide. All of the furnishings made the suite feel like you're home & not at a hotel. The suite exuded attention to detail & cleanliness! Big UPS to the housekeeping team for an exceptional job in making the suite STELLAR 🌟 Delores is about her business & made sure we were comfortable. We will be sure to book with Delores on future trips when we come to visit family. The pictures & narrative regarding this property are 💯% accurate & then some! I recommend the property & its beautiful owner, Delores when in Rockdale County GA. Thank you for being a woman of your word & we look forward to our next visit; and a taste of your viddles (which I was able to sneak a sniff of when you were cooking)🤗 We could not be more happy with our serendipitous find! Delightful Down Stairs Apartment of a Home

Perfect honeycomb hide-a-way!

I couldn't ask for a better location, property, or host! It is just as the host advertises and the hospitality shown exceeds that of a hotel! I and my wife stayed as I was visiting from out of town. We had absolutely no issues. The place smells and looks fabulous and you are pleasured by the feeling of a "home" stay! I will definitely be staying here for future visits! Highly recommended!

Amazing!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The first thing I will note is how clean the property was. Everything smelled amazing, as if it had just been cleaned. It was decorated beautifully. Delores also put personalized touches such as a thank you note. She left us beverages and crossaints, which was very much appreciated. Delores also went out of way her to bring us wine one night, which I thought was so kind. We truly felt pampered and left feeling like we had a real bed and breakfast stay. We will definitely be back. Thank you Delores for sharing your beautiful home!!

Above and beyond

The most gracious host! The owner of this property has gone all out with this place. The photos don’t do it justice IMHO. Very spacious, extremely clean, and very nicely decorated. 10/10 would recommend. Mattress is on the firm side but that happens to be my preference. BONUS: Ms. Delores is a chef and let me sample some of her creations. 💪💯👍

Clean property with very accommodating host!

My daughter and I stayed at this property for a weekend getaway. The first thing I noticed when we walked in was how clean everything smelled. There were several outdoor steps we had to navigate to get to the door of the property, which was no problem for us but would be good info to include in the description for those that might have trouble with stairs. We had a little difficulty with the keypad/lock on the front door when we headed out for the first time, as we were the first guests to stay here and the keypad on the lock wasn’t cooperating well. However, as soon as the homeowner was made aware of this she said she would have it fixed immediately, even planning a trip to pick up a new keypad if warranted. It was fixed by the time we returned a few hours later! The owner offered to pick up breakfast for us from any place we wanted the next morning for “our troubles” with the lock, but really it wasn’t much trouble and we declined the offer. However, this just went to show how accommodating Delores was wanting to be. She checked in with us (via Vrbo) within a few hours of our arrival making sure we had everything we needed. She also upgraded the WiFi to the next highest plan just to ensure we wouldn’t have any problems with WiFi speed. She bought a few packages of candy and some bottled water before we arrived and left them in the house for us to enjoy. A few suggestions I have 1) providing hangers in the closet 2) posting the WiFi password somewhere in the unit 3) and providing instructions for how to use the cook top (I just couldn’t figure it out 🤦🏼‍♀️). All in all, my daughter and I both enjoyed our stay. We felt safe and comfortable. The homeowner was very pleasant, kind, and accommodating. We’d definitely stay here again.

Georgia Girls Trip

My best friend and I came to GA to visit Conyers and Covington. This suite is very beautiful, extremely clean and decorated very nice. The host was amazing and responded to our questions quickly and made us feel so welcomed in her home. Would definitely recommend staying here.
