'Great location for everything we did. The only downfall was that there was a storm that came through the night we arrived, we lost power, and didn't get internet until we left. We were without internet the entire stay! That said the service is terrible in this area so, we had to make our plans away from the property.'

'First off let me just say this, if people would do the right thing this world would be a better place. This house definitely do not represent the pictures that is posted. Checking in was easy and the host provided all information in a timely manner. After checking in of course your first thought is to scan the house, and we did and start to notice minor mishaps holes in the walls and doors not a big deal, however when it was time to go to bed every bed in that house had cinder blocks and pillows...

'Horrible check in experience. My family and I ended up leaving within 2 hours I do not recommend this small apartment. Definitely not suitable nor did it have comfortable accommodations. Not at my level & I will never recommend or return. Personally, I have never experienced such inconvenience with check in and overall the place smells. I do not recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a clean, quiet place and airy place. Far from everything not convenient and can hear all outside noise.'

'We enjoyed it but the mosquitoes get inside somehow . I’d look into that'

'Super cute rental for myself and teens. Easy communication with the host. '

'Property was exactly as described extremely clean nicely decorated the host goes out of her way to make sure you have everything you need water in the fridge, coffee, and snacks they even make sure there was firewood in the fire pit in case we wanted to use it. The house is wonderful an older house that has been renovated like something on HGTV and it was immaculately clean would definitely stay here again'

'Very nice place great quiet location. Well equipped!'

'Cleanliness was not what I expected. Walls were very stained and scuffed. We found several teams left from previous guest.Candy and black coal in the kitchen cabinets. '

'- Make more handicap access- There were furnitures that had stain on. - Make it more clearer about the use of the pool. It was little confusing too me.- Other that me and my family enjoyed our stay.'

'Check in was easy after we figured out the code box on the door. We were very disappointed in the cleanliness. There were dirty and damp towels and bed sheets above the washer. My husband always checks the mattresses for cleanliness, when he lifted the bed sheets there was hair and dirt under the fitted sheets in the master bedroom. There were no dish towels or rags to be found in the kitchen, no paper towels either. There were no rugs by the doors to wipe your feet, the sweeper had not been run...

'Very clean and nice house and the host were super nice!'

'We had a wonderful stay here. The house was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. It’s located in a quiet residential neighborhood where you see school buses going by, which made the experience feel especially authentic. Even though we were visiting from Japan, we really felt like we were living like locals rather than just staying as tourists. The house was spacious enough for us to order Uber Eats and enjoy dinner together almost like having a little house party. It was a completely...

'Very clean and inviting house. Susan stayed in touch with us throughout the check-in process and was very thorough. Great towels and sheets ! As a COO of home textiles, I always look for those things and Susan has provided great towels and sheets which is very important to guests. The house is very clean and very convenient to downtown Kannapolis. Five star VRBO !!!Fenced in back yard which was great for our dog and the grand kids. Thanks Susan and Ben ! We really enjoyed our stay !'

'Had a couple problems with the WiFi an an Netflix also the upstairs conditions or than that the place was great '

'The property needs a cleaning. Old stuff in fridge and towels seemed not washed. Strong cigarette odor. Too many stairs wish that was mentioned more - not handi cap friendly. Mirrors were dirty.'

'Spacious and clean! Perfect for a little get away with my friends in Charlotte!!!! Will book again next time we go back!'

'Great stay very clean and easy'
