B&B in Lunenburg County

'I stayed in the Hug room which was small and cozy, great for a short stay. The house is beautiful and clean. Margaret was a very gracious host and genuinely interested in meeting people and was able to offer many suggestions for the remainder of my travels in Nova Scotia. The location is great with many restaurants in close proximity and the bay view across the street. A beautiful continental breakfast was nice to wake up to. I would definitely stay here again. '

'The bed was incredibly comfortable and we loved the shower. We appreciated being able to walk into town. We also walked The Dykelands which was conveniently close and went to the Saturday Farm Market. The breakfast was delicious and we shared a charcuterie board one evening that was beautiful and tasty. The staff were so friendly and knowledgeable. An easy drive to wineries, Scots Bay, and so much more. '

'I was assigned the Victoria Room in this B&B that is under renovations. The hosts are very nice and quite chatty. I found the entire breakfast to be outstanding, with the banana bread, sausages and coffee as the stars of the breakfast! My room was cozy, and it had all the amenities that one needs. 'This place is excellent for anyone visiting Nova Scotia South Shore. Mahone Bay itself has a lot of charm and the B and B is located across the water and walking distance from everything you need. Cathy is an exuberant host. She is incredibly welcoming and was very helpful as we figured out where we wanted to visit each day.
