'I made a reservation for this hotel. When I went to find my reservation, I could not find it. I never received any email notifications prior to the reservation. Consequently, I reserved another room at another hotel. I was charged for the room even though I did not stay there typically hotels will email you the day of arrival to say they are expecting you. I never received such an email or text.'

'Only thing we didn’t like was the very strong chemical smell in the front lobby. I believe it was supposed to be an air freshener but it smelled more like a chemical warehouse. Drop that particular product and I would rate much higher'

'Great breakfast options that are harder to find like plain yogurt and toppings such as pumpkin seeds, walnuts etc. Also a very large room with a separated ‘living room’ area. We’ll definitely stay here again when we’re in the area.'
