'When I went in to check in they told me that I was already checked in, they checked in someone else under my name and gave them my room. They had to uncheck me in to check me in and I did not get the room that I had reserved. I reserved a king bed and they had to give me 2 double bed room. They did not check ID from the other guest, I showed them my ID'

'the guy at the front desk was rude. Deposit was a little high compared to other places we normally stay. Carpet in main areas and in our room were a bit on the dirty side. I reallly wouldn't stay here again. sorry but no thanks.'

We booked the Diamond Suite because it was one of the few rooms that had a balcony; which was double the price of the regular room however it was disappointing and badly in need of updates. The smell was musty immediately entering the room. The exercise room lock was broken and we were unable to use it. The food was decent, nothing great. I will say the staff were very helpful. Location was great.'
