We booked two rooms. We asked and expected the rooms be close together. We were issued rooms at the opposite ends of the building. Also I had tried for two days to contact this hotel by the direct phone number listed. The first time it rang for 12 minutes and disconnected, the second it rang for 9 minutes. A male voice answered sounding disgruntled and told me the swimming pool was not heated then hung up. The customer checking in before of us had the same complaint about trying to call the hotel. The pool temperature was OK and the hot tub was hot. Our room smelled like a fish had died in it prior to us using the room. The other room was fine. Beyond the hotels control, someone was smoking marijuana near the elevators and that stunk up the hallway for several hours.
