Flats in Columbia Valley

'Unit was clean and comfortable. Host was very responsive. Not a good view to a very run down house across the street. Booking was for 4 adults. Better for two adults and two children. Only one room and a sleeper couch. But comfortable. Power outage meant no drinking water, shower or flushable toilet for the duration of our stay. Strange to not have a back up for situations like this. Host refunded us without us asking. Outstanding.'

'Clean, beautiful condo! The hosts were great to communicate with! There is a relatively large security deposit just fyi, but overall we loved it!'

'Beautiful apartment with everything you could need for a short break, we wish we could have stayed much longer! It was spotlessly clean, cosy and loved the mountain and river view from the balcony. Location was excellent with short walk to cafes, supermarket, shops and centre of Golden. Would highly recommend staying here over any hotel in Golden area.'

'Great place to stay in golden!'

'Cute, cozy and modern this place is awesome! Plus host is super accommodating and it is right upstairs from the best cafe (Ethos) in Golden. I will be back!'

'The condo is nice, exactly like the pictures in the listing. We had 2 issues during our very short stay: 1. The town lost power for almost 36 hours, so we were without any electricity. The building did not have any emergency lighting in the corridors neither was any emergency lights available within the condo. There was no fire escape or exit out of the condo except navigating the pitch dark hallways. We felt extremely unsafe. 2. The sheets on one of the beds smelled of vomit. We called the VRBO...

'Geweldige locatie. Alles aanwezig en heel schoon. '

'This apartment is very nice and it was clean. The beds were comfortable (even the pull out sofa). The host was quick to respond to any of our questions. It was very nice to have a washer/dryer for our use. We would stay there again.'

'The property was very neat & clean. The communication with host was very easy & they were very responsive too. We had a wonderful stay at the property. The entire family had an amazing time spent together. Also the place is right in the downtown & close to everything.'

'Nice clean unit in a convenient location!'

'Resort is not the newest. It will need some refurbishment in the near future but still in a pretty good shape. We had few issues but it was resolved with the host with which we communicated very quickly and easy. I would prefer some options for pillows since we found current ones to firm for sleeping. I would recommend people to stay there.'

'Description of property needs slight adjustment as it says entire house. It's entire basement apartment, picture says bunk beds which is not part of the rental. It's is two bedrooms with bunk bed optional I imagine of you do have 6 people. Place was cold upon entry thankfully we were able to turn on the electric fireplace. Would recommend another space heater for other bedroom so that both bedrooms will stay warm in the winter'

'Everything as expected. '
