Close to all the great attractions, Navajo Bungalows will immediately make you feel right at home as soon as you walk through the door! The home is newly renovated and the yards are beautifully landscaped and maintained.
This home will comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. And there is plenty of onsite parking. The driveway can accommodate 4 cars very comfortably. Both bedrooms have a flat-screen television and french doors that lead you out to a private deck. The master bedroom has a cozy King-Sized bed with beautiful views of Cheyenne Mountain while the Queen bedroom features a great view of the city lights in the evening or the sunrise in the morning. The large bathroom features heated floors, large vanity, and plenty of room for a separate bathtub and walk-in shower.
The kitchen is well equipped with new stainless steel appliances, microwave, Keurig and standard coffee pot, toaster, blender, all the utensils and cookware you would need for a home-cooked meal. Additionally, you will have a good selection of spices and complimentary coffee and tea. Not into cooking? Ivywild Brewery is within walking distance, and this home is only 10 minutes from downtown Colorado Springs.
The utility room offers a full-size washer and dryer. Owner supplies laundry soap, fabric sheets and an iron and ironing board for your convenience.
This home is the perfect getaway for family vacations, friend getaways, business/conference events at The Broadmoor, and other events such as The Fallen Fireman Memorial. Whether you want to stay for 3 nights or 30, we would love to have you! For stays longer than 30 nights, please inquire! Book for 7 nights and receive a 15% discount!

Brewery nearby and walk-able. Very quiet neighborhood, close to a park if you have kids and dogs. Had everything we needed for cooking. The complimentary coffee pods were a plus. Minutes to downtown and all the main attractions.

This home is as nicely done in-person as in the photos. Beautiful home, inside and out, nicest on the block. Well-stocked kitchen with a great bathroom featuring heated tile floor and oversized walk-in shower. Neighborhood park, German restaurant, brewery/distillery all within walking distance. We had an amazing stay! The fence was secure for our little dog as well as the home! There was some miscommunication between housekeeping (it happens!) but everything was handled appropriately by the owners! Very pleased with the stay and would definitely be back! It was centrally located great view from the decks.

This rental to us was flawless. Dang near perfect location as well, great Mountain View’s. Super close to cool roads that go up Cheyenne Mountain. 0 complaints at all from us. The pups loved it too. Backyard is sized pretty well with more than enough room for the dogs to stretch their legs no matter their size. Our only suggestion would be to bring any cleaning supplies you may prefer. We try to leave rentals nicer than before, and there isn’t much cleaning supplies on location. Which I feel is completely fair of the hosts. No complaints. Beds are super comfy, bathroom is nice as well. Will 100% come back ASAP.

Colorado Springs Oasis

This property was just as described and more. The home itself was updated, beautifully decorated and cozy. Outdoor spaces and landscaping were gorgeous; the owners obviously take pride in the property. Every amenity was thoughtfully considered and supplied. The proximity to places on our itinerary, including Garden of the Gods and Pike's Peak was excellent. The app that accompanied the listing helped us choose restaurants and other activities. Hosts were extremely responsive and we are already looking forward to our next stay!

Perfect Stay with Gorgeous Landscaping and Ideal Location

We had an incredible stay at this Colorado Springs home! The beautifully landscaped backyard was one of our favorite parts—perfect for enjoying a quiet morning coffee or unwinding with drinks in the evening. Our dog loved it too! The backyard was spacious, secure, and shaded—super dog-friendly and relaxing for everyone.The location truly couldn’t be better. Every major destination was incredibly close. We explored Seven Falls, Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, and countless hiking trails—all within 30 minutes or less. The longest drive we took was only about 30 minutes, and most places were even closer.An unexpected bonus was being just a 4-minute walk from Ivywild School. It quickly became our go-to spot after morning hikes—for a great lunch, a casual beer, or a nightcap.This place was peaceful, convenient, and full of charm. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy the beauty of Colorado Springs with easy access to the best spots—and a cozy yard that your pup will love too!

Colorado Springs Trip

Had a great time. House was so cute and had everything we needed. Good central location. Really enjoyed sitting out front in the mornings enjoying the cool morning air and loved the landscaping. We were in town for our granddaughter's high school graduation. The location was perfect. My 83 yr old mom was with us along with our dog. The walkin shower and dog friendly were at the top of our list when selecting a property. The Communications with Christy were great. She responded quickly. The property is clean and well maintained. If we need a rental the next time we're in town, I hope this property is available.
