This home is ideal for a family and teens. It was perfect for our group of 11 and the teens and some adults loved the game room. From the outside it appears somewhat modest but the inside and back yard have been refurbished with great care. Hit a 3 on checkin as the checkin device was not working, however, got a pretty rapid response from the help line. It was repaired the following morning. Would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay in Colorado Springs! The house was clean, spacious, and perfect for our family. The kids especially loved the video games, foosball table, and relaxing in the hot tub after a day of exploring. There’s also a nice park with a playground nearby, which was a great bonus. It was a comfortable and fun place to stay.

Our family of 14 ranging in age from 4 to 86 had a great time staying in this property for 5 days for a family vacation. The central location made it convenient to go to attractions. The ramp at the entry really helped a couple of our family members.

The property met all our needs, just perfect! It accommodated for all our family members, a variety of ages from 7 months old to 65 years old and a teenager in between! They were also very accommodating with excellent communication! We enjoyed our stay and made incredible memories!

Absolutely epic experience

I booked this retreat for a women's 10 person retreat and it was everything we needed and wanted. The communication with the team was amazing, clear and prompt. The house was well stocked and absolutely stunning! I would recommend this space for a family and or a group. 5 stars all around!

Interior quite well done, outside a let-down

Inside of home was very good, a little short on Dishes, utensils, cutlery etc in the kitchen ….. the outdoor space left a LOT to be desired; stairs that couldn’t be used, deck boards worn out to degree of being nervous to step on. We had morning coffee on the deck every day and had to be careful where we walked and where we set our chairs so the legs wouldn’t go through the rotten spots in the deck. To go onto the deck without footwear was out of the question. The hot tub area was quite dirty and in need of a good sweeping and cleaning, the chairs were quite dirty and in need of replacement in the case of a few of them. We would stay here again, even with the shortfall of the outside space, and that is due to the attention paid to the beds, bathrooms modern touches throughout the residence. To make this a top tier property there needs to be significant attention and repairs made to the Deck and outside area.

An AWESOME place for a group!

We rented this place for a get together with girl friends and it was exactly what we were looking for. The hot tub was clean and in working order. The property left us an extra propane tank for the fire pit. There were plenty of towels and even candies on the pillow! It felt like a hotel experience. Highly recommend this place!

Made great memories

Our family flew to Colorado Springs to meet family stationed there. The home was spacious enough to allow 11 family members to gather for Christmas food and games for days on end. The cooking area in the kitchen was small for such a large cooking function, but we made it work and enjoyed our special family time. The home was located in a wonderful part of town with a beautiful backdrop outside the back door. Mountain View’s, snow, and plenty of seating for a lifetime of Christmas memories.

Frustrating Experience

Beautiful Decorations but misleading in advertising. Says two master bedrooms. NOT true, only 1. Says 6 bedrooms in one location and 5 bedrooms in another on same add. Only 5 not 6 and with large groups we were one bedroom short. Two people displaced and had to sleep on couches. Beds hard as a rock, chair outside broken and impaled one of our staff when she sat down. Day bed fell apart when we sat on it. We fixed it but it was not built right. The barn door style doors wont work right and hard to pull shut in addition to no privacy. the Fireplace would not light in the living room, and had to have a maintenance man come to get it working. We aske over and over for a call from host but instead got an AI robot to respond. Never got a human to talk to us the entire time. Claimed it was a human responding but the answers were so crazy obvious it was not a human. Overall house is nice, but really frustrating if you have trouble or need help. They did send a person to help with the fire but it took 2 days for a 4 night stay. Good location even though lots of road noise and loud Nabors had a huge loud party. Overall upsetting experience.

CO trip for family wedding

A really comfortable and lovely house that fit our family group (ages 6 months to 64 years) well! Location was very good- Pike’s Peak, Focus on the Family, Garden of the Gods, and Manitou Springs -all fairly easy drives from the house. Really liked the backyard for the kids, and the hot tub for the adults.

The house is beautiful and so comfortable - even the mattresses and pillows were awesome. They even had nice toilet paper! Hosts have thought of everything, and if there is something you might need, Kaitlyn will be so quick to respond!

Excellent Property for Large Families!

We had a WONDERFUL time staying here! This vacation home has plenty of room and is furnished with both adults and children in mind! We all loved the fire pit and tub, and the kids had a blast staying all together in the bunk bed room, and took full advantage of the fooseball table, arcade game, and climbing wall. The home is beautifully decorated and is clean, modern, comfortable and well equipped. The host is very responsive and is very friendly with excellent communication! We would absolutely recommend this property and would stay here again in the future!

Absolutely fantastic

We had a group of 7 adult family members in town for a weekend event. The house was even better than the photos indicate. The decor is really well done- it is tasteful, fun, good quality and well thought out. Everything was in great shape and worked well. The space was perfect for us. We had plenty of room, the flow of the home allowed us to feel we were together, but still had all the space we needed. The beds were comfortable- even the bunk bed. It was a delightful surprise when I realized the owner did not default to the cheapest, thinnest bunk mattresses, but actually used good quality items. The part we all appreciated most of all was the hosts' attention to thoughtful, gracious details. The kitchen is one of the best equipped I have experienced in a rental. There were plenty of good quality pans, utensils, etc. We all were thrilled that the hosts had provided cooking items that are often lacking in rentals. There were full condiments like ketchup, spices and dried herbs, even sugar. Those seem like small things. but having them in the home made cooking much easier. It is just one less thing to plan and buy while you are there. More gracious touches include: coffee pods, tea, a tea kettle, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel in each bathroom, a basket of snacks and water, welcome drinks in the refrigerator. Perhaps the best way to sum up our experience: No one in our group, nor the friends who stopped by could think of a single negative about the home.
