'The 1st room they gave us wasn’t clean . Had to get another room key then the fire alarm kept going off . Not updated but you get what you pay for'

'I travel alot and this hotel was such a welcome experience. I was greet so enthusiastic when I entered and I felt that the front desk really cared about my stay. The hotel lobby smelled wonderfully and was very clean. The room was comfortable and clean. The restaurant was wonderful. 'Het hotel ziet er netjes en schoon uit. Een prima ontbijt. Kamer met goede voorzieningen. Inchecken zeer snel, effectief en vriendelijk. Overigens mag er wel een lift extra.'

'You have to pay for parking, was told it’d be only $5 and got charged $38.94 for not even 12 hours. They called the manager who did not answer so no one could refund me. Still haven’t. Breakfast is a small normal breakfast. No bacon, just eggs and sausage. Buttt the breakfast attendant was wonderfully helpful.'

'I enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the room and amenities. The best part of my experience was engaging with staff. The professionalism exhibited by every staff member that I came in contact with, provided the utmost customer service support. I would like to acknowledge Ty, and her leadership skills. I witnessed a few unforseen situations that was out of her hands; for instance, the key cards were not working and she had two guests in line....

'The establishment was brand new so it was very clean and smoke free… However, the vending machines didn’t have a lot variety and weren’t adequately stocked… Also, it appeared that the rooms had kitchenettes but weren’t stock with anything of use… Other than that, very nice place.'

'The room was clean. The staff member I believe her name was Hannah Atleast that what she told me was very rude. I asked for directions more than two time and she waved me off the second time and she was in the phone gossiping about me to her boss or someone. If it wasn’t last mint I would went somewhere else. She didn’t say anything about the complementary breakfast or the pool. The guy that was there when I checked out he was very nice need more of him.'

'I got the room just because of the pool that was advertised as open after I paid n got there , the pool was not open or in working order'

'We were very happy with our stay at Linden Row. Parking is a block away for $10. The property, especially the rooms show their age. However, our room was decorated in a way that reminded us of the old South, specifically old Charleston. The bed was very comfy and the AC worked great. Coffee in the lobby was good. Breakfast on the property is ordered then brought to your room. The highlight is sweet Annabelle… the sweetest kitty on earth! We would definitely stay there again.'
