'Pros: Die Finca hebt sich gut von den vielen Neubauten, die einfach auf einem Acker stehen, ab. Ein alter Baumbestand, unter dem man gut Schatten findet und eine Finca, die mit viel Liebe und alten Baumaterialien authentisch erbaut wurde. Dazu ein toller Ausblick von einer kleinen Anhöhe über die Bucht von Alcudia. Die Terrasse ist ideal zum Frühstücken und Abendessen, da sie immer im Schatten liegt. 'Die Gastfamilie der Unterkunft waren super Hosts. Das Haus ist gross mit viel Stauraum und einer grossen Küche. Es ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und man kann hier super Ferien verbringen. Es isch schön grün und man hat seine Ruhe. Auf dem Grill in der Küche kann man Mahlzeiten zubereiten und einfach die Zeit geniessen. 'Our family had an awesome visit in Pollença. It was a short 3 night stay but we really enjoyed our time there. We wish we could have stayed a few days longer. The Villa was lovely, location was superb. Amazing beach views which was just across the street. We enjoyed watching the kite surfers each day from the second floor living room area as well as relaxing on the rear patio area on the sun loungers and the shaded seating area. 'We had difficulty in finding the home in pitch darkness at night with just GPS coordinates and Just a paper sign on the door. We didn’t feel secure at night with a gate that couldn’t be closed and no extra security and the place being very remote. For the price we paid these two complaints should be taken into account. 'Pros: Beautiful well equipped house, plenty of space, great pool, air conditioning and privacy. Perfect for our family of 5. The scenery was amazing and we loved watching the paragliders flying from the nearby hills. Close to Alcudia for restaurants and water sports. Miguel was a great host. I would love to return.
