Located in Ariany, Mallorca, Finca Calderitx offers a charming 110 sqm retreat for up to 4 guests. You will find 2 comfortable bedrooms and 1 bathroom, along with a fully equipped kitchen for preparing your meals. The finca features high-speed Wi-Fi for video calls, air conditioning, a washing machine, and a TV with a cozy living area including a dining corner and comfortable seating. A fireplace provides warmth during cooler nights in April and May. Families traveling with children will appreciate the baby bed and high chair provided for your convenience.



Step outside to enjoy your private garden with a beautiful overflow pool surrounded by lawn, where you can relax on the 4 sun loungers or retreat to the shade of an old olive tree. The private covered and uncovered terraces provide perfect spots for outdoor dining, and you can prepare fresh fish and meat on your private stone grill located next to the terrace.



Parking is available with 2 shared spaces on-site. Please note that events are not allowed on the property. You will also have access to shared table tennis for entertainment during your stay.



The small town of Ariany is within walking distance, with a small supermarket located approximately 600 meters from the finca, making it convenient for your daily shopping needs.
