Spokane skiing, Silverwood Theme Park (1 hr), and Riverside State Park or the Centennial Trail (30 mins). It’s the perfect mix of country serenity and city convenience — just 15 minutes to Costco, restaurants, and shopping!

Inside the Estate

Step inside and you’re greeted by a grand staircase and floor-to-ceiling windows framing mountain and pool views.
• Main Living Area: Gather for morning coffee or cozy up by the gas fireplace with your favorite Netflix series.
• Chef’s Kitchen: Fully stocked with cookware, Traeger grill access, and a spacious layout that flows into dining and living areas — perfect for entertaining.

(Note: Pool and backyard are private to the main house. Guests assume standard pool waiver upon booking.)

On-Site Details

Friendly barn cats roam the property to keep critters away — they live outdoors only.
Your home, pool, hot tub, and backyard are completely private, though other guests can share the sport court.
