Had an amazing quick visit w son and grand doggers. Lots of parks and walking . Plenty of food options.Absolutely perfect accommodations for me as a single woman traveler. Felt very safe and all the comforts of home.
I came to attend a business (medical) conference. I did NOT want to stay in a stereotypical aka dreary hotel room blocked out for conference attendees. SO grateful to be held in the beauty and serenity of the Eco Village during my stay. Fabulous authentic respite from âcorporateâ life, very uplifted and quiet with sense of nourishment of larger natural environment streaming in through the windows. Grateful to have this option available in Spokane! Will be back, for sure!
The property is well kept, easy to function in, friendly and located in a great part of Spokane. Food, Drink and even some groceries all available in a short walk. Really enjoyed it. And there was no problem with our dog. Big plus for that.
Reached out multiple times about missing TV remote zero response and the split unit never worked properly and the base of the shower really needs to be cleaned
Had a last minute appointment in Spokane. Booked this property for its locationâŠaccidentally for the wrong date! Reached out to the host who was able to find us a unit and switch it. Very unique and cozy! Can walk to many restaurants. Would stay here again.
perfect for two people and 1 dog. However I suggest a binder with info for operating the air conditioner and washer. I also suggest this binder contain info of closest urgent care or hospital and restaurant recommendations. Otherwise it was perfect.
We didn't end up being able to visit due to a family emergency, but the property owner was so nice and communicative. We definitely plan to stay in the future. Top notch customer service!
A quaint studio, with everything needed for a stay. Easy street parking. Food, coffee and shopping all within walking distance. Will stay again next time weâre in Spokane.
Really liked property and neighborhood. Had some sketchy neighbors but didn't take advantage of calling owner. Sammy was apologetic regarding the situation. Didn't really negatively affect our experience.
Our 2 night short stay at this property was wonderful. Had everything we needed. Very clean, cozy, and quiet. Wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you!
I have stayed here before and it is wonderful. Location is wonderful, great restaurants and shops.
Communication with management is on point. The unit is clean, well thought out and quiet.
I look forward to staying here again on my next visit to Spokane.
Thank you!
This is very comfortable, all we needed traveling with food to cook and remaining self sustained. Bed was great, kitchen and refrigerator/freezer good sized, the combo washer/dryer efficient (just allow some time), shower and bathroom clean and it just all felt very solid and safe and very homey. Highly recommend for couples traveling, and extra thanks for prompt and helpful communication from property management. Blockhouse Life works! Thank you!!
Perry #2 micro studio was perfect for our stay and had everything we needed. Short walk to great restaurants and short drive to Gonzaga and area lakes. Weâll definitely stay again when in the area.
I really like the Blockhouse Life place we twice stayed (Perry #2) this summer. Impeccably clean, nicely air conditioned, with everything you need. The grounds are nice, the deck outside the door with the chairs and table were a very nice place to end our long drive. The bedc was very comfortable. The kitchen area was well stocked. And the neighborhood has great places to eat, and grab coffee, and was a safe place to walk the dog. I highly recommend.
My stay at Blockhouse Perry was very enjoyable. As a walker I loved the location and distance from Downtown, to my friends on E 33rd, 'and Trader Joe's. My unit, #2, was clean, nicely decorated, great shower, comfortable bed, and plenty of cooking supplies. I had a very busy season at a remote lodge, in Alaska. I chose the blockhouse to rest up for the fall/winter season and wanted to see how I managed in a space under 300 feet. NO PROBLEM! The shops around the area were fun, had a massage almost directly across the street, loved Title Nine, and I just enjoyed walking the area and finding cool surprises. Cool set of stairs at the end of Perry, and I used them to work out on. Fun market across the street where I ate homemade ice cream. I loved fall the trees around the uinits, strings of lights, and well just everything! While I have not made up my mind 100%, I am considering a 2 month stay this winter. I highly recommend Blockhouse Perry!! Sammie, the onsite manager is lovely! xo
