'The communication with the owner was great. There is a lot of space in each level of the home. The pool was amazing and big, like a hotel size, along with everything that went with the pool.They are still doing some upgrades, but other than that, very nice place and would stay there again. In fact, this was my sister's second time there. Thank you for your hospitality. '

'My husband and I and our 3 teenage daughters stayed here for 3 nights. We were looking for something relaxing for the parents with some fun for the kids. This property couldnt have been more perfect! Everyone had their own space including bathrooms ( major plus with teenage girls). Yet we were able to enjoy lots of quality family time in the pool and playing pool. My huaband and I are both cooks for a living and this kitchen was perfect to cook good family meals. 'This house is the perfect place if you have a family that loves to spend time together but also enjoys their space. The kitchen, dining room, and living room are great places to gather for a chat and the bedrooms allow personal time. We were there for a graduation so the location was great due to the proximity to downtown and the airport. The neighborhood was quiet.'

'Apartment was clean and in a good Location. We appreciated the designated parking space and excellent driving directions provided by the host. This is an old house but decorated nicely and had what we needed for the weekend. There are about 15 steps to get to the door as this is an upstairs apartment. '

'Great little addition off the main house. The back shared area was a nice place to sit out and watch the stars. The hot tub looked like it would have been nice if it hadn't been 80 degrees at midnight. It was quick and easy to get downtown.Host was great and quick to communicate.'

'The owner had great communication and it made checking in and out really easy. When we arrived, they had music softly playing on the tv. The area was away from road noise and was very peaceful and cozy, but it was within 15 minutes of restaurants and shopping. It was comfortable for our quick stay and we would definitely stay again. Bonus - it had a wheat field across the road with a beautiful sunrise every morning.'

"Nice hotel. Comfortable bed and good rooms. For this price point I would expect breakfast to be included but instead there are hidden costs like a parking fee and an 'Amenity Fee'. The latter is really hidden and compulsory. For a whopping $20/day one gets things that should be included for free, like a bottle of water and coffee in the room. Also access to the swimming pool and wellness are included but if you're not going to use them the hotel still expects you to pay for it. Very unfair and imho just a way to make more money off its customers. Too bad as it's a nice hotel near Riverfront park and the center of the city but I will not be staying there anymore until they get rid of this crazy 'Amenity Fee'! "
