« The facilities and furnishings were gorgeous in the rooms, hallways, restaurants, lounges etc. The only disappointment was that our shower cleaning materials had not been refilled before we arrived. The shampoo container was empty, as well as the conditioner and shower gel. They all smelled good; however, we didn't get to use them. »

« Wir haben die Montvale Suite gebucht und waren enttäuscht. Dreckige Küche, schmierige Dunstabzugshaube . Es roch unsauber. Einrichtung veraltet. Höllenlärm wegen des ständig vorbeifahrenden Zuges. Klimaanlage funktionierte nur im Wohnbereich, die Schlafzimmer blieben warm. Nicht zu empfehlen. Ich habe den völlig verdeckten Toaster an die Rezeption gebacht. Den hätte ich nicht nutzen wollen, und um einen neuen gebeten. Ich wurde unverständlich angeschaut und gefragt, ob der dennoch funktioniert....

« AVOID at all costs! Worst experience ever at any hotel, and I have stayed in more than I can remember. Booked two rooms thru Expedia weeks in advance. When my travel companion and I got there, they told me I had only booked one room. I argued to no avail, and they told me the hotel was full. My companion had to go book another room that I drove him to, then I had to back to this place. The WORST part was at checkout. They handed me a receipt for my one room, but when I got back home, I found...
