'This property is beautiful and unique. It was clean and comfortable. The only weird thing to us was we never met or talked to a staff member. It’s an Inn which oozes hospitality with no one to greet you, check you in or show you the place. We wandered into the kitchen that had some staples type things for breakfast but certainly not a breakfast bar. We weren’t sure which part of the kitchen or things in it we could use. 'Het hotel is wel ok, maar Tullahoma vinden wij helemaal niets. Geen leuke stad, omgeving van het hotel is niet bijzonder, slechte restaurants. Treinen die constant naast je bed donderen. Niet echt een aanrader, maar waarschijnlijk wel het beste hotel in Tullahoma. Wel ok voor 1 nacht als je op doorreis bent van of naar Jack Daniel's.'

'Staff was very rude! Booked on line for 2 adults, just so happens that it took staff 15 minutes to "find" my reservation and somehow on the managers phone it showed only 1 adult. Had to pay an additional $11.00. Manager complained to us that he makes no money when rooms are booked through Expedia! Not the customers problem. Room was dark and dingy.
