'This property is beautiful and unique. It was clean and comfortable. The only weird thing to us was we never met or talked to a staff member. It’s an Inn which oozes hospitality with no one to greet you, check you in or show you the place. We wandered into the kitchen that had some staples type things for breakfast but certainly not a breakfast bar. We weren’t sure which part of the kitchen or things in it we could use. 'Het hotel is wel ok, maar Tullahoma vinden wij helemaal niets. Geen leuke stad, omgeving van het hotel is niet bijzonder, slechte restaurants. Treinen die constant naast je bed donderen. Niet echt een aanrader, maar waarschijnlijk wel het beste hotel in Tullahoma. Wel ok voor 1 nacht als je op doorreis bent van of naar Jack Daniel's.'

'The staff was as excellent the rooms were well kept up, the only thing that needs to be changed is the pillows. They were very uncomfortable too small they were for children, only not for adults. The complimentary. breakfast was excellent.Other than that, everything was great.Thank you again'

'Ended up getting a room at the last minute on the day of and it ended up being the best thing! We had a room at a local lakeside place and it was horrible, so bad that we couldn't stay and looked online at expedia and found the Hampton Inn. It was so nice to take a shower in a clean bathroom. 'This place needs a complete overhaul. Worst accommodations I’ve ever stayed in. I had to keep my shoes on in the room because our socks were black for how dirty it was. The bathroom was falling apart. The drain in the sink was clogged. The shower was decrepit. There was a 2inch gap from the floor to where our exterior door started, we had to stuff a towel under it so nothing would come inside the room. Just absolutely terrible. 'We stayed during banaroo and everything was sold out. This motel was over 250 a night. There was no hot water, poor lighting, our lock was broken and shampoo packs that came in to go ketchup packets. It was clean and the bed were comfortable but not worth what they were charging.'

'It was nice for a budget hotel. Well maintained and quiet. Staff were friendly. Made to order breakfast was a nice touch but low food quality. Evening reception was great. My main gripe is with amenities. Since I booked 3rd party I was treated as less as a guest as it relates to accessing some amenities. Had it not been for Expedia, I wouldn’t have spent my money there in the first place so I feel it is short sighted to not welcome us as full guests.'
