'We stayed here for our son’s baseball week at Cooperstown Dream Park and it was the perfect spot. The convenience of location, the size/layout of the house and the beauty of the property made it the perfect place to come home and relax from long baseball days! 'Location, location, location and free parking. Perfect. Having a stress fracture I appreciated being close to the Baseball Hall of Fame, great restaurants, and fun shopping. Room was basic with everything we needed: smart tv, refrigerator, coffee maker, iron. Everything was sparkling clean. Staff very helpful over the phone and in person. Will stay there again.'

'Here's the run down: this is a relatively well kept property for it's age (150 yrs old!). It's a very small 2 story house with a quite large backyard. The exterior views of the house are from the backyard although the living room faces the front.Parking is limited as the garage was not accessible to host a minivan. 'Lovely well maintained Victorian home on a corner lot. Plenty of parking. Swimming pool and landscaping were nice. Two block walk to watch trains. Large dining and livingroom. The only issue that became a large issue is that there are only two mini splits for air conditioning. The dining/livingroom and one bedroom upstairs had air conditioning.
