'Dormy Inn Shibuya was an excellent stay for our purposes. Close to Shibuya and Harajuku stations for connections, shopping and eating options. While some staff lacked knowledge of English, they were always extremely helpful. The hotel itself was in fine form, too. Rooms a bit small, but that's Japan for you. And facilities and cleaning services were great. Lovely onsen bathing facilities. Recommended!'

'Stayed here May 2026 - booked through Expedia and made reservations before the hotel officially opened in March 2026. Stayed in a comfort double with husband and room was advertised as having in-room washer/dryer but it was not the case when we arrived. However there is a small laundry room with two washer/dryer units on the third floor and we had no issues with using/never had to wait. 'Personnel was just amazing! The room, for Tokyo norms, was actually quite spacious. It was always spotless clean after I returned from work. I didn't have lunch or dinner here so I do not know if it is good, but twice I had the breakfast and I found that I really got excellent quality.
