'At my arrival the Night shift Front desk kid didn't know I had paid through expedia.com even took a picture of my credit card. After a few minutes of back and forward conversation he let me sleep in but next day he continued telling that I didn't pay.. '

'Very clean, friendly staff, great location. A nice stay before a long flight, there’s also a great spa nextdoor.'

'I thought this hotel would be a lot larger but it’s a small family run place. It’s close to the airport and cost less than 100k vnd for a Grab from the airport and provides a free shuttle when going to the airport. It’s also amazingly quiet for being right on a busy road. The breakfast was just ok. The owners are friendly and helpful and they recommended a basic Pho restaurant two doors down the street which was also good. We plan to stay here again when we are flying in late from Cambodia.'

'Comfortable beds at a decent price near the airport. The lady custom making your breakfast was very nice, tasty food. However you’ll need Google Translate for staff communications'

'Value for money, great for one night stay for airport transfers. However, they sometimes struggle to find existing reservations through Expedia during check-in, but eventually finds it after showing the booking number. They even arranged a cab for us.'

'Great location, thoughtful staff and wonderful amenities. A really nice place to spend time. Located near many nice Tay Ho spots.'

'空港から近い。部屋のエアコンもちゃんと効く。 雨が降っていたら、ロビーのスタッフが傘をさしてくれた。 いずれも最高! なお、滑走路の直ぐ側なので、飛行機の離陸音はうるさいですw 気になる人は耳栓して寝ましょう。'

'Flower is super behulpzaam en heeft ons erg fijn geholpen :)!'

'Huone oli ok, äänieristystä ei ollut. Aamiainen ok. Siisteydessä pieniä puutteita. Henkilökunta oli erinomainen. '

'We stayed in this property for 3days with my family last September 25-27,2026, we enjoyed our stay there because it was awesome @ quiet place to rest from hectic schedules, we enjoyed our breakfast every morning. We are so thankful for Mr. Eric who helped us facilitate our daily tours, excellent trips. We salute you Mr. Eric for job well done. I highly recommend this place for everyone who wants to visit Hanoi'

'The property and its management was all well with my observations.'

'The owner was very nice and met all of my needs. The staff there were all very polite and friendly even if they didn’t know English. They gave good recommendations to places to eat and also places to visit. I would recommend this place again. The room as well inside is large and can fit several suitcases for a fraction of the price. The water is hot and they provide everything I needed for the short duration I was there. Thank you to the owner and the staff.'

'As no known hotel chains can be found at Hanoi airport, which we needed for an early morning flight, we decided in favour of the Family Transit Hotel. As it's rated 2.5 stars we knew we shouldn't expect (and didn't want) anything fancy, but seen the reviews we did expect something which should make this hotel outstanding for its 2.5 stars. Despite the nice guy at the lobby, we didn't notice it: matrasses were so hard, best described as sleeping on wooden shelves (and trust me, we love a firm...

'The staff were friendly and also very helpful.'
