'The outside of the condos could use a good pressure wash/coat of paint to match the cleanliness of the inside. Inside the condo and hotel were spotless. My family enjoyed the hotel pool and riding the electric scooters available to rent. Bowling was fun too. Hotel staff during check in were friendly and welcoming. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the wait staff in the restaurants could use a little more training. We tried multiple restaurants in the hotel and the service was not...

'It feels as though this hotel is just hanging on. No hot water for several days, despite daily visits to the front desk. Escalator from upper lobby to lower main entrance is inoperative. Windows in my room leaked moderately in blowing rain. Internet very slow. You could tell this was once a nice property. No more, as it needs some investment. '

'I didn't get a room. I went to a different hotel right from the start. Says in their contract and online that it's ONLY $100 DEPOSIT but the big guy at the front said he wanted $200 so I dipped out quick!! Also he wasnt very happy, hospitable, kind or helpful. I asked him to contact his manager and most managers live in their own hotels here in Guam so its NOT HARD to get ahold of them. He was just being lazy. So 2 star or 1 star rating from me. Sorry maybe next time if you hire someone more...

'booked last minute room and picked wrong date by accident because of the time difference. and they could not bother to be accommodating one bit and at least offer some kind of credit towards new room given i just paid then free money and did not used the room. instead they chose to offer their best and more expensive options taking advantage of the last minute situation i found myself. 'Kind and helpfull staff, great swimmingpool and the ocean is just a few steps away. Comfortable rooms equiped with a water container with cold and hot water. That is really a welcom service.'
