'Fully refurbished room within a newly refurbished hotel. Great central location with parking (local council) available within a 3 minute walk. Bars, shops and restaurants nearby and a short 2 minute walk to promenade. Room has a kitchenette which is very handy. The member of staff ‘Charlie’ was extremely helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. Can highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return.'

'Apparently ‘overbooked’ the Accessible Room we had booked & FULLY PAID for weeks prior to our visit. Fulltime wheelchair user and offered us a standard ground floor room! Don’t even check in. Requested them to locate an Accessible Room: roll in shower, rails by toilet etc that we had already booked & paid for week prior! Never booking with them again!'
