Welcome to 'The Mount Yonah Castle,' your destination for an upscale North Georgia mountain experience. Nestled in the foothills of the Appalachians, our home offers an open floor plan with spectacular views that will capture your heart from the moment you arrive.

Indoor Living:
* Great Room: Features vaulted ceilings, a cozy stone fireplace, and a wall of windows framing the stunning mountain landscape. Relax on comfortable sofas for a movie night.
* Kitchen: A clean and bright, fully equipped kitchen with white granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to prepare delicious meals.
* Dining: Gather at the cottage-style dining table with seating for 10.
* Entertainment: High-speed WiFi, Smart TVs with Hulu in every room, board games, and a selection of children's books and toys.

Outdoor Living:
* Deck & Patio: An expansive deck perfect for stargazing or watching the sunrise, plus a charming flagstone patio.
* Hot Tub: Relax and unwind in the seven-person hot tub overlooking the valley.
* Fire Pit: Gather around the fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars.
* Grill: A gas BBQ grill is available for your use.

Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 8):
* Main Floor Master Suite: King bed, vaulted ceilings, direct deck access, and a private ensuite bathroom with a jetted tub, double sinks, and a separate shower.
* Upstairs Bedroom 1: King sleigh bed, a private bathroom, and beautiful mountain views.
* Upstairs Bedroom 2: King panel bed, a private bathroom, and serene views of the garden and forest.
* Additional Sleeping: A daybed with a trundle in the great room, plus three roll-away cots suitable for children or smaller adults.

Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire home and property during their stay. This includes:
* The entire 3-bedroom house.
* The seven-person hot tub.
* The outdoor fire pit area.
* The expansive deck and patio.
* The fenced backyard, great for your furry friends.
* On-site parking for up to four vehicles.

We respect our guests' privacy and you will have the entire home to yourselves. We will not be present during your stay, but we are always available via phone or message if you have any questions or need assistance. Our goal is to ensure you have a seamless and wonderful stay.

* Family-Friendly Items: We are happy to provide a Pack 'N Play, a booster chair, a stroller, and baby safety gates for your convenience.
* Accessibility: A handicap chair for the main floor shower is available for guests with mobility needs.
* Laundry: A full-size washer and dryer are available inside the home for your use.
* Booking: Our calendar fills up quickly, so we encourage you to reserve your preferred dates early to avoid disappointment.

Surcharges:
* Our rates are for 6 people, there is a charge of $25/per person per night over 6 people.
* We are pet friendly. If you have a dog (up to 2), there is a $100 pet fee for the entire stay.

Security:
* For your security, exterior security cameras are located on the property. One in the carport area and the second camera facing the front door.

Other Notable Items:
* We are located on a dirt and gravel road and it is one mile up to our home (about a 500' elevation climb). You do NOT need a four wheel drive vehicle to get to our home and there are no steep drop offs. However, we are located on a mountain so you may want to bring a SUV if you have one.
* We require a renter's agreement to be completed upon booking our property. The reservation will not be considered complete until the renter agreement is signed.
* Our property is NOT suitable for larger parties or events as we have neighbors on both sides of our property and parking is limited to 4 cars.
