« Property was spotlessly clean, very safe neighborhood, staff easy to get ahold of. It really is 70 steps to beach as promised. Linens were exceptionally soft both towels and sheets. Mattress was great! Beach towels and umbrella were available right outside the door. Property is remodeled but primitive~ no iron, no microwave, no broom/vacuum, no cooler. »

« Wonderful location and experience! It’s only less than half a block to the white sand beach of Clearwater! So lovely to be this close. Beautiful sunsets especially! The grocery store is a 5 min drive and restaurants are walking distance. Comfy, well equipped home away from home! The laundry machines are an easy walk to their sister unit across the street and this access worked well for us. Appreciated the helpful communications of our host. »

« Overall our stay was great without many issues. The house has three decent sized bedrooms and two bathrooms. There are also two pull out couches that can easily accommodate for a large family like ours. Another plus was that our A/C went down, but very quickly maintenance assessed the situation and installed a new A/C unit within 24 hours. « The property was incredible! Location - a block from the beach - easy walking distance, and beach wasn’t very crowded during our stay (beginning of August). Amenities - pool, hot tub, wagon to take stuff to the beach, chairs, and beach umbrella. There is an elevator which was perfect for the grandparents. Rooms were spacious and clean. « The area out back is absolutely amazing! Sitting out there at all times of the day while our son fished, was the highlight of the stay. Incredibly relaxing. The beds were super comfortable and the rental had everything we needed. Captain Al is a fantastic host and answered any and all questions. "Hall de l’hôtel tres beau mais les chambres pas propre du tout Les couettes du lit étaient tachées de jaune La vasque de la salle de bain sale et la douche moisissure Attention. Au petit déjeuner, on nous a facturé 140$ pour 4 petit déjeuner enfant alors que nous adultes n’avions pas utiliser le crédit pour les plats chauds au pdj. Lors du checkout j’en ai discuté avec le personnel de la réception ils n’ont rien voulu savoir. Nous avons séjourné 1 jour avant au mariott marquis et eux ne nous ont pas fait payer le pdj pour les enfants Je suis extrêmement déçue Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel "
