'Great place and beautiful property with mountains, woods and a river. A nice camping cabin but it is rather rustic. AC worked great as did the hot water for the whole family. Well appointed kitchen for preparing meals. Small fridge so bring a cooler. Had a major problem with yellowjackets but the owner responded quickly with a chemical treatment and adjusted the rate very fairly. All in all a nice family getaway. '

'We had a wonderful trip! The location of the property was perfect. It's a quick, easy drive into Berkeley Springs and Cacapon State Park. The cabin was very cosy. We loved the hot tub at the end of a long day. I would say the only thing that was a little tricky was the lack of grass or a yard for the dogs. However, not a deal breaker, we would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!'
