'Lovely room - quiet (the house is not directly facing the piazza). Also liked the little tea kitchen with an espresso machine, electric kettle and a stove to warm some food or cook a simple meal. Parking outside the city walls and taking the elevator to the historic center i very easy. It’s a 5 minute walk! Lots of restaurants and bars to choose from close by.'

'The bed is really good, the room spacy and clean and the location convenient. However a couple of downsides: -communication was not good. I have called a day before for checkin instructions. They would be send the next morning. I did not receive them and had to ask again. - The window does not keep any noise out, so you wake up when the locals start shouting outside from 7am. - It says “parking available”, this is simply not true. 'Very helpful owners, great location. Breakfast is provided in the room and is very sweet based, pastries, biscuits, sweet yogurt, cake etc. there’s also a mini fridge and juice water and milk are provided along with coffee & tea making facilities. For me the breakfast was the weakest part of the stay but that’s personal preference as I don’t eat a lot of sweet foods. It’s a very quiet property and within easy walking distance to lots of restaurants and bars.'
