'De algemene beoordeling is redelijk. Op de site ziet het huis er luxer uit dan het is. Hoe langer je er bent, hoe meer je ziet. Het is ook vochtig in huis.De kopjes, borden en bestek in de kast waren voor een deel vies. De rest van de keuken was ook zeer matig schoongemaakt. Verder ging het wel.De bedden vonden wij niet goed. Het tweepersoonsbed is maar 140 cm breed en naar onze mening te klein voor een dergelijke woning. De matrassen zijn heel hard en geven geen ondersteuning.Het huis straalt...

'The villa is in a great position. In a small cul-de-sac so quite peaceful, yet only a couple of hundred yards from 3 small supermarkets. Also very close to the marina and all it's many restaurants covering all cuisines and prices. The beach was just a little further on but an easy stroll. The villa is spacious, maybe a bit 60's ish but nicely furnished and extensively equipped. A real home from home. Some steps to negotiate, tricky if you have any mobility issues, but otherwise not a problem....

'We stayed with my girlfriend for a week there, and had a lovely time in this well furnished house. Terrace is very nice in the morning with the sun. Location is very quiet, Cami de Cavalls longing Cap d'Artrucx is less than 5 minutes walk.'

'Maison très bien équipée, manque juste le lave vaisselle mais à part ça, rien à dire. Maison grande, jardin parfaitement entretenu, terrasse à l’ombre, à 2 pas de la plage, des commerces, des restaurants… Ciutadella à 10 minutes, idéal pour aller voir toutes les plages de la côte sud.'

'Great villa and great location. Everything you could want in a villa. Pool cleaned regularly and the cleanest pool we have ever had. The owner was very accommodating and let us leave the bags when we arrived , also offering ideas of where to eat. Would definitely recommend staying here!'

'The photos don’t do it justice. Beautiful apartment with outside, roomy patio in a peaceful area.Lovely sunsets from a few yards away and handy for restaurants and supermarkets. Will definitely be back.'

'Tout était parfait. Très bon échange avec le propriétaire, en amont. Instructions claires et détaillées. Le logement est très bien agencé, fonctionnel, spacieux et bien équipé. Linge de lit et de toilette fourni, ainsi que les produits de première nécessité. Piscine très agréable. Emplacement de choix a 5 min du port et 8 min de la plage. Je recommande vivement !! '

'Villa idéalement située, proche des commerces , de la mer et des chemins de randonnées et agréable à vivre durant trois semaines Un gros point fort ,la conciergerie. Excellent accueil de Miguel ,très avenant, disponible et efficace. A souligner, le fait très appréciable du changement du linge de lit,de serviettes ,de torchons tous cinq jours par l’équipe très sérieuse de la conciergerie . Location à recommander très vivement'

'Appartement confortable et très propre. Le fait d’avoir deux salles de bain et deux toilettes est vraiment un confort. La piscine n’est pas très agréable. L’eau est un peu trouble.'

'It was a wonderfully relaxing stay, property was clean but there was a bit of mould in the bathroom and the sofa in the lounge needed a bit of attention. Toni was there to greet us when we arrived and he couldn't have been more helpful. Thank you for a lovely week away!'

"Wij hadden een geweldige vakantie hier. Het appartement was basic, maar voor ons meer dan goed. Er is airco in de leefruimte en slaapkamer, elke dag propere handdoeken en bedden opgemaakt. Je kon de kamer goed donker maken. Het complex is mooi onderhouden, rustig, altijd plek om te liggen aan het zwembad. Wij hadden half pension en voor een 3* was het zeker goed. Verschillende kleine supermarktjes op korte loopafstand. Er zijn 2 stranden vlakbij en een bushalte in de straat naar Cuitadella elk half uur. De jachthaven van Cala'n Bosch is op 5min stappen en daar heb je allemaal restaurants. Wij hebben een fijne tijd gehad."

"Rustig hotel met heel vriendelijk personeel. Mooie kamers met goeie bedden en een uitgebreid ontbijt. Wij kwamen in oktober en er waren vooral oudere koppels, wat voor ons prima was. Een fijn zwembad (water is beetje frisjes) en een hele mooie spa afdeling. Op wandel afstand van het prachtige Ciutadella met vele restaurantjes. Aanrader!"
