This delightful 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa, in the sought after resort of Calan Forcat, has a choice of good beaches, shops, and eateries all within a few minutes walk, with one of the island's 3 waterparks around 15 minutes away on foot. WiFi, pool heating (for the 2025 season only), and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge are included.

The ideal location for anyone not wanting to hire a car, villas Ibiza, Candela, Serena Forcat and Gris are perfectly positioned far enough away from the resort centre so as not to be disturbed, but close enough that a good choice of shops and places to eat are all easily accessible within a very short walk. The resorts of Calan Forcat and Calan Blanes have merged in recent years to form one of the islands largest resorts so there are plenty of eateries as well as a few small bays to choose from, and Aqua Centre waterpark is also in the main town.
