'The furniture had many uncleaned items underneath it. It was disgusting. The towels had a horrible smell, like strong chemicals. I couldn’t even dry my face with them because the smell stayed on my skin. The soundproofing was unbelievably bad. If you have an important meeting or exam coming up, do not stay at this hotel. 'Lovely hotel, big rooms, really nice. My only complaint is if you are at the back of the hotel, the noise from the club across the road is absolute hell. The windows are clearly not very thick and the music and noise goes well into the early hours of the morning. If staying ask for a room on the front side.'
