« This was a beautiful cabin. It was clean and very cozy and comfortable. It was near lots of shopping and entertainment but still felt like you were secluded in the mountains. It was only about 30 min from Dollywood. We loved our stay and hope to return again soon. »

« This cottage was perfect for our family of 3. It was right off a main highway, so it was easy to get to (a little loud if you aren't used to constant traffic). The front porch was comfy, as was the living room. The patio was beautiful but, unfortunately, there are frequent burn bans on the area that make it illegal for you to have a fire. We were looking forward to using the firepit and weren't allowed to. We had problems with the heat not turning on when there was a sudden freeze warning, but...

« The property was clean and comfortable! It was easy to get to and is in a great location. Close to the park and not far to Pidgeon Fordge and Gatlinberg. It sits in a beautiful spot and we loved sitting on the front porch and just watching and listening to nature. The hot tub didn't hurt our feelings either. »

"We were on a motorcycle trip and had chosen this hotel because of its swimming pool, and what a disappointment it was when we arrived to find that it wasn't open. And it clearly hasn't been open for more than a season... Apparently this is mentioned on their website, but as we booked via another platform, we didn't know. The hotel staff are very courteous and the room is large and renovated. There's an excellent restaurant just across the street and we suggest you make a reservation to avoid having to wait. When we opened the bed to go to sleep, we had the suspicion that the sheets had not been changed and this was annoying. Breakfast was very good and with plenty of choice. "
