We loved everything about this property! It was relaxing and the views are fantastic! The host and property care taker made sure we were well taken care of. We will return! We only wish the checkout time was a little later.

Palms Resort and Beach
Staff is very kind and accommodating at the front desk and in the housekeeping department. Service is slow at the restaurant and bar, however the food is delicious. They are updating the entire facility and it shows.

Carambola Beach Resort St. Croix, US Virgin Islands
Room and view were good. Only a very few of staff were pleasant, rest were moody and uncaring of their job. A shout out to Elsa and Dominique for their service. the entire stay was disappointing. Only 3 umbrellas at the pool and maybe 5 at the beach. Not enough lounge chairs at the beach maybe 15 ...
