'Comfortable nice cabin, great porchIt is on a hard curve so there is some traffic going by but very little. I would just be careful if you did bring a pet. There were deer in the morning which we loved. The river is accessible and if weather has been nicer I think we would have spent most of our time down there.'

'Such a cute property! We loved the back yard area. And such a sweet host, very responsive. We loved our stay here!'

'This treehouse is tucked away in the shade along the edge of a beautiful stretch of walnut trees. Quiet and peaceful. Plenty of room for 2 people, and has a great layout that is bigger in person.We spent our days hiking nearby and the evenings watching the lightning bugs. They have the sweetest barn cat we met by the silo. We hope to stay again!'

'Open design with elements of mid century and modern day mixed. I like older homes for their lived in feel. The furnishings in the bed rooms and the vintage paint by number paintings are my favorite. I’ll definitely stay there again. The deck on the back of the house provides a great view off the brow.'

'This quick birthday weekend getaway was perfect. The ambiance arriving was welcoming as music was playing. The lights were just right and the gorgeous view of Lookout Mountain was breathtaking. The host thought of everything we needed and what we might need. Location, location, location. Couldn’t be better?'

'The house was comfortable and quiet. Pretty much everything we needed was supplied. As nice as the house was my favorite part was the porch. There is nothing more calming to me than to sit in a rocking chair and watch the sunset. '

'We had a great time, the place was really nice, and it was an awesome area making the commute to and from the softball complex a breeze! The kids really enjoyed fishing and feeding the ducks/geese. '

'Our stay was fantastic! My wife and I needed some time to reset and get a way and this is just what we needed. The views were fabulous! Gods beauty in His creation is exquisite! We did a bit of hiking in and around DeSoto Falls and visited a few places in Mentone and Ft Payne! Tony the owner was great We will visit again! '

'We had a wonderful stay at The Garden Cottage. It certainly lives up to its name! We loved walking the property and seeing the beautiful plants and a little wildlife. The location is excellent because it is close to town, Brow Park (gorgeous sunsets!!), and DeSoto Park. The cottage itself is adorable and the perfect size. The kitchen was a dream come true and I enjoyed baking in the double ovens.. the living room is comfortable, the bathroom was plenty big, and the beds were very comfy. We hope...
