I check in on January 24th with my small dog and I’m disabled using a walker. The problem comes in when I was taking my dog outside, there was a OUT OF ORDER sign on the elevator and I try to go back in my room my key was deactivated. So I turned and ask one of the housekeeper could she call the front desk and ask someone to bring up a key she said No speak English. So now I had to walk downstairs with my dog using a walker in pain Now I’m at the front desk, the lady did offer me a room on the first floor but couldn’t no one help me take my bags out of 220 to the downstairs room shameful. And every time I come and stay there on the second floor your elevator is out of service. Are you aware about the disability act? And after staying one night the prices goes way UP during the week and weekend. This is called price gouging. And the sad part about this is at first I was feeling safe and happy here now I don’t….And why every time I complain about the elevator, Your workers wants to go back and forth vs STOP putting disabled people on the second floor and stop saying no rooms available on the first floor at check in especially when you KEEP having problems with your elevator……
